新时代意识形态治理理念的基本意蕴及其创新价值

摘　　要：自从我党把推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化作为全面深化改革的总目标以来,“治理”成为我国学界的热门话语,治理理念逐渐向国家、社会、思想文化等领域延伸。中国共产党在充分借鉴中国传统治国、为民思想,吸收西方治理理论的合理成份基础上,结合新时代中国特色社会主义现代化建设具体实践,适时地提出了适应我国新时代社会主义发展要求的治理思想。进入新时代以来,我国意识形态领域工作取得显著成效,但依旧存在严峻的风险与挑战。治理理念向意识形态领域的延展既是新时代背景下意识形态建设理论创新的需要,也是对意识形态领域中的新挑战新问题作出积极应对的需要,能够促进意识形态建设的新发展。“治理”作为新时代意识形态领域研究的新范式,也是新时代指导意识形态建设应当遵循的一种理念,在其治理主体、客体、方向、目标等方面具有新内涵。将治理理念引入意识形态建设领域,有助于厚实我国意识形态建设的群众基础,维护我国意识形态领域安全,整合多样化社会思潮,增强社会共识,推动社会主义核心价值观落实落地落细。Since our Party took promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity as the general goal of deepening the reform in an all-round way,"governance"has become a hot topic in the academic circles of our country,and the concept of governance has gradually extended to the fields of state,society,ideology and culture.On the basis of fully drawing lessons from the Chinese traditional thought of governing the country and serving the people,absorbing the reasonable elements of the western theory of governance,and combining with the concrete practice of socialist modernization construction with Chinese characteristics in the new age,the Communist Party of China has put forward the idea of governing to meet the requirements of socialist development in the new age.Since entering the new age,our ideological work has achieved remarkable results,but there are still serious risks and challenges.The extension of governance concept to ideological field is not only the need for theoretical innovation of Ideological Construction under the background of the new age,but also the need to respond positively to new challenges and problems in the ideological field and promote the new development of ideological construction.As a new paradigm of ideological research in the new age,governance is also a concept that should be followed in guiding ideological construction in the new age.It has new connotations in its governance subject,object,direction and goal.By introducing the concept of governance into the field of ideological construction,it has certain innovative value in strengthening the mass foundation of ideological construction,safeguarding the security of ideological field,integrating diverse social trends of thought,enhancing social consensus,and promoting the implementation of socialist core values.
