摘  要:为了探究农艺性状对大豆不育系异交结实率的影响,选用高、中、低异交结实率的大豆不育系及其同型保持系为材料,运用灰色关联度法分析高、中、低异交结实率与各农艺性状的关联程度.结果表明,与不育系高异交结实率关系最密切的性状是百粒重,其次是株高与主茎节数,有效分枝与高异交结实率关联度最低;与不育系中等异交率关系最为密切的性状是单株荚数,其次是百粒重与茎粗,与有效分枝的关联度最低;与不育系低异交结实率关系最为密切的性状是百粒重,其次是株高与茎粗,有效分枝与低异交率关联度最低.The effects of agronomic characters on outcrossing rate of soybean male sterile lines,soybean sterile lines with high,middle and low outcrossing setting rates and the maintainer lines of the same type were investigated. Grey correlation degree method was used to analyze high,middle and low outcrossing setting rates and correlation rate of all agronomic characters. The traits most closely related to the high outcrossing setting rate of sterile lines were found to be 100-seed weight,followed by plant height and the number of main stem nodes,and the lowest correlation degree between effective branches and high outcrossing setting rate. The number of pods per plant was the most closely related to the middle outcrossing setting rate of sterile lines,followed by 100-seed weight and stem diameter,and the lowest correlation degree with effective branches. The traits most closely related to the seed setting rate of low cross of sterile lines were 100-grain weight,followed by plant height and stem diameter,and the correlation degree between effective branches and low cross-correlating rate was the lowest.
