摘 要:在体外循环(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)心脏手术中,心脏与血液循环是分离的,这不可避免地导致心肌缺血.除了这种缺血损伤外,再灌注时还会发生额外的损伤,这可能会加重组织损伤和器官功能障碍的程度.目前已经制定了一些策略,旨在减弱和调节与CPB相关的心肌缺血再灌注损伤(Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury,MIRI)程度.CPB对MIRI的损伤,目前尚无有效的治疗方法,现就CPB与MIRI的发生关系及可能机制以及传统蒙药苏格木勒-3汤对CPB导致的心肌损伤保护作用进行综述,积极的探索中蒙药在心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的保护中的作用.In extracorporeal circulation(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)cardiac surgery,the heart is separated from the blood circulation,which inevitably leads to myocardial ischemia. In addition to this ischemic injury,additional damage can occur during reperfusion,which can aggravate tissue damage and organ dysfunction. A number of strategies have been developed to reduce and regulate the degree of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)associated with CPB. There is no effective treatment for the damage of CPB to MIRI,This article reviews the relationship between CPB and MIRI and its possible mechanisms,as well as the protective effect of traditional Mongolian drug Sugemuler-3 on CPB-induced myocardial injury,and actively explore the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the protection of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.
