摘 要:随着石油化工生产日趋复杂化、自动化、连续化和大型化,任何一个环节的疏忽和错误都有可能造成重大爆炸事故。研究发现,工业爆炸事故多以可燃化工原料蒸气云爆炸为诱发,最终形成危害较大的气液相混合爆炸,造成严重的后果。本文深入剖析了工业蒸气云爆炸事故的发生机理,针对蒸气云爆炸事故后果模型,对TNT当量,TNO多能法和Baker-Strehlow模型进行了比较分析,利用计算实例对比分析了三种模型事故伤害半径,为进一步灾害模拟评价理论模型以及开发的软件系统的建立提供一定的参考与支持。With the development of science and technology,petrochemical industry production has becomes more complicated,automated,continuous and enlarged.It is easy to cause explosion hazard if there is any negligence and mistakes.The research found that industrial explosion accidents induced by vapor cloud explosion of combustible chemical materials eventually formed a gas liquid mixed explosion with greater harm,causing serious consequences.The thesis analyzed the mechanism of industrial steam cloud explosion accident.In view of the model of the consequence of steam cloud explosion,TNT equivalent,TNO multi-energy method and Baker-Strehlow model were compared and analyzed,and the accident radium under the three models is analyzed using calculation examples.The research will provide reference and support for the establishment of the evaluation theoretical model of disaster simulation device and software system.
