摘 要:选用反应性乳化剂聚甘油蓖麻醇酯(PGPR),采用高内相乳液模板法成功制备得到了孔径均匀可调的聚氨酯多孔材料,并通过扫面电子显微镜和数码相机等方法研究了异氰酸酯单体与乳化剂匹配性、乳化剂用量、水相含量等因素对体系的影响。分析结果表明,PGPR不仅作为乳化剂,还能与异氰酸酯单体反应,形成高粘度壁垒层,提高了高内相乳液的稳定性;乳化剂含量在50 wt%以内时,可得到孔形貌为球形的多孔聚氨酯材料;随着分散相水含量的增加,聚氨酯孔径逐渐减小且孔壁塌陷较少。By selecting the reactive emulsifier polyglycerol polyricinoleate(PGPR),the porous polyurethane,whose pore diameter was adjustable,was synthesized by high internal emulsion template method.The influence factors,such as reaction monomer isocyanate match with the emulsifier,emulsifier dosage,and water content,were studied by scanning electron microscope and digital camera.The results showed that the PGPR is not only used as emulsifier,but also can react with isocyanate to form high viscosity barrier layer,which improves the stability of high internal phase emulsion.We also found that when the emulsifier dosage was within 50 wt% ,the pore morphology of polyurethane foam was spherical.With the increase of the content of dispersed phase,the pore diameter of polyurethane decreased gradually and the pore wall collapsed less.
