摘  要:[目的]研究甜高粱杂交种F1代的杂种优势。[方法]以2个不育系为母本,8个恢复系为父本,配置16个杂交组合,分析杂交种F1代各性状的杂种优势。[结果]甜高粱杂交种F1代的株高具有超亲优势和正向的中亲优势,大部分组合茎粗具有超亲和正向中亲优势;生物产量表现出较高的正向超亲优势,其正优势达到93.75%;锤度表现出正向或负向的中亲优势,其中正向的占56.25%,负向的占43.75%。株高与低亲值、高亲值、中亲值均呈显著正相关,茎粗与高亲值和中亲值呈显著正相关,生物产量与低亲值、中亲值和高亲值均呈极显著正相关,锤度与双亲关系不密切,出汁率与高亲值呈显著正相关。A2×R1、A2×R7、A2×R3组合株高、生物产量和锤度的杂种优势分别达到最高。[结论]该研究可为甜高粱的品种选育提供参考。[Objective] To study the heterosis of F1 generation of sweet sorghum hybrids.[Method] Heterosis of characters in F1 hybrid generation was analyzed by using 16 cross combinations with two male sterile lines as female parent and 8 restorer lines as male parent.[Result] Plant height of hybrid F1 had over-parent heterosis and positive mid-parent heterosis, and the stem diameter of most combinations had over-parent heterosis and positive mid-parent heterosis. Biomass showed higher positive over-parent heterosis, and its positive advantage was 93.75%. Brix showed positive or negative mid-parent heterosis, and the positive accounted for 56.25%, the negative accounted for 43.75%. Plant height was significantly positively correlated with low parent value, high parent value and mid-parent value, stem diameter was significantly positively correlated with high parent value and mid-parent value, and biomass had a significant positive correlation with low parent value, high parent value and mid-parent value and brix was not closely related to parents. Juice content had a significant positive correlation with high parent value. A2×R1、A2×R7、A2×R3 combinations had the highest heterosis in plant height, biomass and brix.[Conclusion] The research could provide a reference for the selection of sweet sorghum varieties.
