摘 要:[目的]建立并验证双葛止泻口服液中绿原酸的含量测定方法。[方法]采用AgilentZORBAXSB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱;检测波长为327nm;流速为1.0mL/min;柱温为25℃。[结果]绿原酸进样量在0.0825~0.8250μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为104.0%,RSD为0.4%。[结论]该方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于双葛止泻口服液中绿原酸的质量控制。[Objective] The method for determination of the content of chlorogenic acid in Shuangge anti-diarrhea oral liquid was developed and validated.[Method] The analysis was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The gradient mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution, and the detection wavelength was 327 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 25 ℃.[Result] The linear range of the calibration curves for chlorogenic acid was 0.082 5-0.825 0 μg(r = 0.999 9), and the average recovery was 104.0% with RSD of 0.4%.[Conclusion] The method is simple and accurate with high specificity, which can be used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Shuangge Anti-diarrhea oral liquid.
