农业科技创新园区选址体会——以宣州现代功能农业科创园为例

摘　　要：以宣州现代功能农业科创园为例,阐述了建园需求及理念,提出自然条件、交通条件、当地发展规划、运营成本、人文环境和政府扶持力度等六大主要选址考察因素,并就选址流程进行说明。最终,以科学评价、民主决议的工作方式,确定宣州现代功能农业科创园选址地点为安徽省宣城市宣州区杨柳镇新龙村下的大中村与岭上村交界处区域。Taking Modern Functional Agriculture Science Innovation Park of Xuanzhou as an example, this study elaborated construction idea, 6 major site selection factors such as natural condition, traffic condition, local development plan, operating cost, human environment and government support. It also explained the site selection process. At last, using the way of scientific evaluation and democratic resolution, the junction area between Dazhong Village and Lingshang Village of Xinlong Village, Yangliu Town, Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province was chosen as the location.
