摘 要:维持现有路径,不对杆塔进行改造,仅更换增容导线是大跨越增容的理想方案。碳纤维复合芯(Aluminium Conductor Composit Core,ACCC)和耐热铝合金线(Aluminium Conductors Steel-Reinforced,ACSR)绞制的导线,具有重量轻、拉重比大、强度大、低弧垂、载流量大和耐腐蚀性能好等特点,可以满足线路大约双倍的增容要求。由于碳纤维复合芯的特殊性质,导线迁移点温度的计算和复合芯失效情况下的张力弧垂验算是大跨越工程中运用的关键技术,且部分配套金具需特殊考虑,如悬垂线夹和耐张线夹。Only replacing the conductor is an ideal scheme for retrofitting an existing large crossing transmission line without needing to change the existing transmission line route and towers.ACCC is able to carry approximately twice as much current as ACSR cable.Lighter weight,large T/W,high strength,low sag,more capacity and good corrosion resistance is the primary advantages of ACCC conductor.Due to the special properties of the carbon fiber composite core,the calculations of knee-point temperature and the sag of conductor composite core damaged are important in the large crossing transmission line.ACCC conductor requires special fittings,such as suspension clamp and strain clamp.
