摘　　要：目的了解云南省26个深度贫困县居民的健康素养现状,为在深度贫困地区开展健康促进工作和制定健康扶贫政策提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,使用2018年全国居民健康素养监测问卷在全省16个州市进行入户调查,选取其中26个深度贫困县8,750人作为研究对象。结果2018年,云南省26个深度贫困县居民健康素养总体水平为6.64%;基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能3个方面素养水平分别为17.01%、7.85%和5.62%;6类健康问题素养按水平由高到低分别为科学健康观素养(21.41%)、安全与急救素养(20.96%)、慢性病防治素养(10.88%)、传染病防治素养(10.63%)、基本医疗素养(9.14%)、健康信息素养(8.47%)。云南省深度贫困地区居民总体健康素养水平、3个方面及6类问题的素养水平均为城市居民高于农村居民(P<0.01)、其他职业人群高于农民(P<0.01);文化程度和家庭经济收入越高的居民素养水平也越高(P<0.01)。结论云南省深度贫困地区居民的健康素养水平较低。应结合攻坚扶贫工作,加大深度贫困地区居民的健康促进工作和扶贫力度,从而提升当地居民的健康素养水平。Objective To understand the current situation of health literacy of residents in 26 deep poverty-stricken counties in Yunnan Province, and to provide scientific basis for health promotion and Health Poverty Alleviation Policies in deep poverty-stricken areas. Method Using the multi-stage stratified random sampling method, the household surveys were conducted in 16 cities of the Province by using the National Health Literacy Surveillance Questionnaire in 2018. A total of 8,750 residents from 26 deep poverty-stricken counties were selected as the research objects. Results In 2018, the overall health literacy level of residents in 26 poverty-stricken counties in Yunnan Province was 6.64%. The literacy levels of basic knowledge and concept, healthy lifestyle and behavior, and basic skills were 17.01%, 7.85% and 5.62%, respectively. According the levels, the six types of health problem literacy from high to low were scientific health concept literacy (21.41%), safety and first aid literacy (20.96%), chronic disease prevention and control literacy (10.88%), infectious disease prevention and control literacy (10.63%), basic medical literacy (9.14%), and health information literacy (8.47%). The overall health literacy level, three aspects, and six types of problems of urban residents in deep poverty-stricken areas of Yunnan Province were higher than those of rural residents (P<0.01), and those of other occupations groups were higher than those of farmers (P<0.01);the higher the education level and family economic income, the higher the literacy level of residents (P<0.01). Conclusion The health literacy level of residents in deep poverty-stricken areas in Yunnan Province is relatively low. The health promotion and poverty alleviation in deep poverty-stricken areas should been strengthened in order to improve the health literacy level of residents.
