2017年四川省农村居民健康素养现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省农村居民的健康素养现状,为开展农村健康教育及健康扶贫工作提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,在四川省7个农村监测点进行入户调查。共调查15~69周岁的居民1,438人。结果四川省农村居民的健康素养具备率为14.5%。基本知识和理念、健康生活方式和行为、健康技能3个方面的素养具备率分别为25.8%、11.9%、14.9%;科学健康观、传染病防治、慢性病防治、安全与急救、基本医疗、健康信息6类问题的素养具备率分别为41.7%、14.1%、16.1%、44.0%、16.9%和17.2%。结论四川省农村居民的健康素养水平与全省平均水平相持平,但仍处于较低水平。下一步需要关注健康生活方式与行为、传染病防治和慢性病防治素养水平的提高;还应将工作重点放在低文化程度、低家庭年收入以及职业为农民的人群的健康素养水平提高上。Objective To understand the current situation of health literacy of rural residents in Sichuan Province, to provide the basis for the implementation of the health education and health poverty alleviation. Methods By multistage stratified random cluster sampling method, 1,438 residents aged 15-69 years old from 7 rural surveillance sites in Sichuan Province were investigated with questionnaires. Results The health literacy level of rural residents in Sichuan Province was 14.5%. The literacy levels of basic knowledge and concept, healthy lifestyle and behavior, and basic health skills were 25.8%, 11.9% and 14.9% respectively;the literacy levels of scientific health concept, infectious disease prevention and control, chronic disease prevention and control, safety and first aid, basic medical, and health information were 41.7%, 14.1%, 16.1%, 44.0%, 16.9% and 17.2%, respectively. Conclusion The health literacy level of rural residents in Sichuan Province is equal to the average level of the whole province, but it is still at a low level. Next, attention should be paid to the improvement of healthy lifestyle and behavior, infectious diseases prevention, and chronic diseases prevention;emphasis should be placed on improving the health literacy of people with low educational level, low annual family income and occupation as farmers.
