高职教育改革助力区域发展的政策建议——以沈阳高职教育发展为例

摘　　要：作为高等教育的重要类型,高职教育为培养适应经济社会发展的应用人才发挥了重要作用。沈阳高职教育经过30多年的发展,取得了巨大的成绩,但也存在校企合作深度不够、人才培养对接产业发展的精准度不高、服务产业发展的主动意识不强等问题。针对这些问题,从加强政府统筹规划、拓宽经费投入渠道、深化校企合作体制机制和完善高职教育教学质量评价体系4个方面提出政策建议,以期通过高职教育改革,助力沈阳振兴发展。As an important type of higher education, higher vocational education plays an important role in training applied talents to adapt to economic and social development. After more than 30 years of development, the higher vocational education of Shenyang has made great achievements. However, there are some problems such as insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises, the lack of precision in the development of personnel training and docking industry, and the lack of active consciousness in the development of service industry. In view of these problems, the policy suggestions are given from four aspects, that is strengthening the overall planning of the government, broadening the channels of investment, deepening the institutional mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, and perfecting the evaluation system of teaching quality in higher vocational education, in order to help Shenyang to revitalize and develop through the reform of higher vocational education.
