摘　　要：随着东北亚区域旅游合作的不断推进,中俄两国旅游业获得了持续快速发展,黑龙江省与俄罗斯东部地区依托丰富的资源、口岸、区域优势开展的边境旅游合作,现已成为中俄旅游合作的重要组成部分。在实地考察基础上,探讨黑龙江省与俄罗斯东部地区旅游业的发展优势,提出持续有效发展旅游业的策略。With the continuous advancement of regional tourism cooperation in Northeast Asia,the tourism industry in China and Russia has achieved sustainable and rapid development.The border tourism between Heilongjiang Province and eastern Russia has become an important part of cooperation in Sino-Russian tourism by taking advantage of abundant resources,ports and regional advantages.Based on the field investigation,this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of tourism development in Heilongjiang province and eastern Russia,and puts forward the strategies for the sustainable and effective development of the tourism.
