摘　　要：2013年,全球经济复苏乏力缓慢,对此各个国家开始寻求经济发展的新方向。中国开始拓展对外投资合作新的领域,与此同时,还提出了一个重大的战略,即“一带一路”。长久以来,中国和俄罗斯都是非常友好的邻居关系,并且彼此之间基本保持政治互信和稳定的贸易发展关系,当前“一带一路”倡议的提出给中俄之间投资合作提供了一个巨大的新型平台。中国对俄投资应选择具体行业并规避风险,从而保证在这一倡议影响下,使中俄投资能够有效融合在一起,实现中国企业“走出去”战略。The global economic recovery was weak in 2013,and all countries began to seek new directions for economic development.China began to expand into new areas for foreign investment cooperation and proposed a major strategy at that time,namely,the“Belt and Road”.For a long time,China and Russia have been very friendly neighbors,and they have basically maintained mutual political trust and stable trade development relations.The current“One Belt,One Road”initiative has provided a huge new-type platform of investment cooperation between China and Russia.China’s investment in Russia should select specific industries and avoid risks,so as to ensure that China-Russia investment can be effectively integrated under the influence of this initiative and to achieve the“going out”strategy for the enterprises in our Chinese.
