摘　　要：新形势下,旅游已成为黑河的城市名片和经济引擎,导游队伍将是地区旅游业健康发展的关键要素。但导游员学历层次不高、专业素养参差不齐、相应机制不健全等问题凸显,对于导游队伍建设提出严峻的考验。探究黑河地区导游队伍的发展问题,培养专业能力强、综合素质高的导游服务人员将对黑河旅游业的健康发展具有推动作用。Under the new situation,tourism has become the business card and economic engine of Heihe City,and the tour guide team will be the key element for the healthy development of regional tourism.with the rapid development of tourism economy,some prominent problems have posed a severe test for the construction of tour guides,like tour guides’low level of education,uneven professional quality,and the unsound corresponding mechanism.In this regard,this paper explores the development of tour guides in Heihe area,and proposes that cultivating tour guides with strong professional ability and comprehensive quality will promote the rapid and healthy development of tourism in Heihe area.
