听障大学生创新人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：听障大学生是一个特殊的大学生群体,要想让他们掌握一技之长,在社会中应用自己所学的专业知识进行就业,就必须创新听障大学生的人才培养模式。听障大学生创新人才培养模式应针对其特点及市场要求,以个性化为基础制定创新能力培养方案,兼顾特殊方法、特殊教师队伍建设等,切实提高听障大学生的创新创业能力和就业能力。College students with hearing disability are a special group of college students.If they want to hunt the job in society,they should master a skill and apply their professional knowledge to practice.In this case,there is a need to innovate the talent training model for hearing impaired college students.Innovative talent training mode should formulate training program based on their characteristics and market requirements,and should take into account special methods and the staff construction in special schools so as to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability and employability of the college students with hearing disability.
