摘　　要：法学教学质量和教学效果是培养法律职业人才和公民法律素质的关键。当前,高校法学教学中存在教学目标不统一、教学内容不合理、教学方法不先进、教学评价不科学、教学保障不充分等问题,严重影响了法学教学质量和教学效果。为改善法学教学质量,提高法学教学效果,有效培养法律职业人才和公民法律素质,必须准确把握法学教学目标,合理确定法学教学内容,切实改进法学教学方法,着力完善法学教学评价,充分提供法学教学保障。The teaching quality and effect of the law specialty is the key to cultivating professional legal talents and to developing citizens’legal quality.At present,there are some problems in the teaching of law in colleges,such as inconsistent teaching objectives,unreasonable teaching contents,backward teaching methods,unscientific teaching evaluation and inadequate teaching guarantee,etc.These problems seriously affect the teaching quality and teaching effect.In order to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of law,to effectively cultivate professional legal talents and to foster citizens’legal quality,we must accurately grasp the teaching objective,reasonably determine the teaching content,practically improve the teaching method,focus on improving the teaching evaluation,and fully provide the teaching guarantee.
