《拍卖第四十九批》中的“追寻”叙事研究——“殇”与“熵”

摘　　要：托马斯·品钦(Thomas Ruggles Pynchon,Jr.)的多数作品都采用了追寻叙事模式。品钦在《拍卖第四十九批》中为读者展现了与传统文学作品截然不同的后现代式的追寻模式,是后现代主义追寻主题的典型文本。从对传统作品追寻模式的戏仿之“殇”到主人公追寻的结局所透露出的“熵”的世界观,都揭示了品钦小说中主人公的追寻之路是“熵”化的后现代之旅,亦突出了后现代主义文学的不确定性创作特征。Most works created by Thomas Ruggles Pynchon,Jr.have adopted the pursuing narration model,and The 49th Batch of Auctions is a typical text for the post-modernism pursuit theme.In this novel,Pynchon shows the readers a postmodern-style pursuit model that is completely different from traditional literary works.From the“premature death”of parody which is the pursued model in traditional works to the world view of“entropy”which is the ending pursued by the protagonist,the book reveals that the protagonist’s post-modern journey of pursuing“entropy”highlights the uncertain characteristics in postmodernist literature.
