摘　　要：本文主要来源于日常管理实践,在国内某煤化工项目未正式开工建设之前,根据国家对环保的要求,为确保污水处理程序的科学性、可靠性,建设单位提出了项目污水中试的方案。本文重点介绍了污水中试项目的采购管理过程,包括合同模式创新、采购程序创新、谈判策略创新以及合同工作界面管理创新等等。This paper mainly comes from daily management practice. Before a coal chemical project in China was officially started, according to the national requirements for environmental protection, in order to ensure the scientific and reliable sewage treatment procedures, the construction unit proposed a project pilot project for sewage. This paper focuses on the procurement management process of wastewater pilot projects, including contract model innovation, procurement process innovation, negotiation strategy innovation, and contract work interface management innovation.
