摘　　要：土地是石油企业发展的重要载体,加强对土地资产的科学管理可以有效促进石油企业稳定持续的发展,文章在讨论石油企业土地资产管理现状的基础上,使用PEST分析法从政治、经济、社会和技术四个方面分析了石油企业土地资产管理的外部宏观环境,进一步提出了改善石油企业土地资产管理的对策。Land is an important carrier for the development of petroleum enterprises. Strengthening the scientific management of land assets can effectively promote the stable and sustainable development of petroleum enterprises. Based on the discussion of the status quo of land assets management in petroleum enterprises, the paper uses PEST analysis to analyze the external macro environment of petroleum enterprise land asset management from four aspects of politics, economy, society and technology, and further proposes countermeasures to improve the land assets management of petroleum enterprises.
