摘  要:航天器项目系统复杂、具有高科技、高成本、高风险的特点,其研制生产过程涉及众多的组织、人员,协作关系复杂,作为系统承制商,对各分承包商的评价与选择对整个项目具有重要意义。因此本文通过层次分析法建立分承包商评价模型,分析各影响因素的权重指标,计算得出评价结果。为航天企业在评价和选择分承包商方面提供一定的指导。The spacecraft project system is complex, and has the features of high-tech, high-cost and high-risk. Its development and production process involves many organizations and personnel, and the collaborative relationship is complex. As a system contractor, the evaluation and selection of each sub-contractor is of great significance to the entire project. Therefore, this paper establishes the sub-contractor evaluation model through the analytic hierarchy process, analyzes the weight indicators of each influencing factor, and calculates the evaluation results, to provide a certain guidance for aerospace companies in evaluating and selecting subcontractors.
