Implementation of Separate Nursing Training for Health Combat Readiness of PLA Central Hospitals

摘　　要：目的为适应新形势下军事斗争需要,组织实施卫生战备护理分业训练,为提高军队医院卫勤保障能力做准备。方法通过宣传动员、计划组织、教员培训、全员培训、验收考核、考核评比的方式开展培训。结果建立《野战护理应知应会手册理论知识与题库》;制定《战(现)场急救技术考核评分标准》;规范卫生战备训练护理专业技能考核程序。结论卫生战备护理分业训练是提高卫勤保障能力的重要手段,有利于提高军队医院护理工作质量,但对形成一套科学完整的培训模式还需进一步探讨和研究。Objective In order to meet the needs of military struggle under the new situation,separate nursing training for health combat readiness was organized and carried out to prepare for the improvement of medical support capability in military hospitals.Methods Training was carried out through publicity and advocacy,planning and organization,teacher training,staff training,examination,assessment and evaluation.Results"Theoretical knowledge and Item Bank of Field Nursing Reference Manual"was established;"Scoring Criteria for First Aid Techniques"was formulated;and the training program of nursing skills assessment in health combat readiness was standardized.Conclusion The separate nursing training for health combat readiness is an important means to improve the ability of medical support,helping to improve the quality of nursing in military hospitals.However,to develop a complete set of scientific training mode still needs further discussion and research.
