摘　　要：目的构建机动卫勤分队实战化训练中标准化伤员培训体系。方法通过文献阅读法、理论分析法、质性研究法及专家函询法,拟定机动卫勤分队实战化训练中标准化伤员培训体系。结果最终确定的机动卫勤分队实战化训练中标准化伤员培训体系包括一级指标5条、二级指标25条,其专家咨询的权威程度系数为0.92,条目认可率均>80%;一、二级指标的协调系数分别为0.44、0.43,P<0.01,协调系数比较具有统计学意义。结论用德尔菲法构建的机动卫勤分队实战化训练中标准化伤员培训体系具有较高的科学性及可靠性,能为机动卫勤分队实战化训练中标准化伤员的培训提供依据,为实战化训练提供有力支撑。Objective To build up standardized casualty training system in combat training of mobile medical units.Methods Through literature review,theoretical analysis,qualitative research and expert inquiry,the standardized casualty training system in actual combat training of mobile medical service units was developed.Results The standardized casualty training system in the actual combat training of mobile medical units includes 5 first-class indexes and 25 second-class indexes.The authority coefficient of expert consultation is 0.92,and the item approval rate is more than 80.The coordination coefficients of the two indexes are 0.44 and 0.43(P<0.01)respectively,and the coordination coefficients are statistically significant.Conclusion The standardized casualty training system constructed by Delphi method in actual combat training of mobile medical units has high scientific and reliability.It can provide the basis for the standardized training of the wounded in the actual combat training of the mobile medical units,thus providing strong support for actual combat training.
