摘　　要：受市场需求和经营形式的影响,唐山佳华煤化工有限公司于2015年10月对2座6m顶装焦炉进行了冷态停产,论文介绍了焦炉停产过程中的工艺管理及安全措施。Affected by the market demand and business form,Tangshan Jiahua Coal Chemical Co.Ltd.carried out cold shutdown of two 6m top-mounted coke ovens in October 2015.The paper introduces the process management and safety measures in the shutdown process of coke ovens.
