摘  要:针对高压清洗车副发罩壳侧门合页容易产生裂纹及侧门门板容易变形的现象,首先建立副发罩壳三维模型和用于模态分析的有限元模型,并对其进行了模态分析,提取前六阶模态振型和频率;然后分析副发动机的振动频率,发现副发罩壳与副发动机存在共振现象;最后根据副发罩壳的使用要求、功能要求、前六阶模态振型和频率以及工艺要求,对其进行结构优化设计,并在同种约束条件下再次进行模态分析,发现副发罩壳的固有频率避开了副发动机的振动频率,从而验证了模态分析解决副发罩壳共振现象的可行性。In view of the phenomenon that side door hinge of the auxiliary engine housing is prone to crack and door plate is prone to deformation about High-Pressure Flushing Vehicle.Firstly,the three-dimensional model and the modal analysis model of the auxiliary engine housing are established,and the modal analysis is carried out,and the first six modal shapes and frequencies are extracted.Then the vibration frequency of the auxiliary engine is analyzed and the resonance phenomenon between the auxiliary engine housing and the auxiliary engine is found.Finally,according to the application requirements,function requirements,the first six modal modes,frequency and process requirements,the structure optimization design is carried out,and the modal analysis is carried out again under the same constraint conditions.It is found that the natural frequency of the auxiliary engine housing avoids the vibration frequency of auxiliary engine,thus validating the feasibility of the modal analysis to solve the resonance phenomenon of the auxiliary engine housing.
