摘  要:对紫金山低品位铜矿生物堆浸过程中的覆堆技术进行研究,包括覆堆经济效益对比、封堆的技术方案与过程预算分析、以及根据现场情况采用不同封堆材料进行封堆试验,提出了三层堆浸后进行封堆,在现场周边黄土缺乏的情况下,采用改性后的萃余液开路的中和渣作为封堆材料,配合土工膜的技术方案进行封堆处理。Overlay technology in biological heap leaching process of low-grade copper ore in Zijin Mountain was studied. Economic benefit, budget analysis, and technical proposal of different overlay technology were compared. Different sealing materials and technical solutions were tested. Sealing technical solution after three layers of heap leaching was put forward. With absence of loess around, the modified raffinate neutralized slag was used as sealing material, and technical solution of geomembrane was used for sealing treatment.
