摘 要:既有建筑综合改造是一项需要各专业高度融合、甚至是相互依存的系统性工作。通过分析既有建筑综合改造分类与特点,制定了既有建筑综合改造技术路线图,并对现阶段各项改造技术进行了梳理、汇总、分析。经过多项工程的实践及列举的公共建筑、工业建筑民用化改造案例,使我们意识到应在改造中贯彻城市有机更新的理念、保持原有的城市肌理、甚至保持原有建筑外貌不变,达到变和不变的内在统一,持续推动既有建筑综合改造与城市有机更新工作的发展。The comprehensive transformation of existing buildings is a systematic work that requires a high degree of integration and even interdependence among various disciplines. By analyzing the classification and characteristics of the comprehensive transformation of existing buildings, a technology roadmap for the comprehensive reconstruction of existing buildings is established, and the various transformation technologies at the current stage are summarized and analyzed. From a number of engineering practices and enumerated public buildings and civilization transformation cases of industrial buildings, we realized that we should implement the concept of urban organic renewal in the transformation, maintain the original urban texture, and even preserve the original building appearance, so as to achieve the internal unity of change and invariability, and continue to promote the development of comprehensive transformation of existing buildings and the urban organic renewal.
