摘　　要：为充分利用某闲置的既有建筑,拟将原办公建筑改造为医院建筑,改造后建筑抗震设防类别提高,故需对原建筑结构进行改造前的检测鉴定。通过对该既有建筑结构进行现状调查、现场检测以及结构耐久性评定、结构抗震鉴定等工作,得出检测鉴定结论,并提出加固建议,为下一步的加固改造设计提供依据,旨在为同类既有建筑结构的检测鉴定提供参考。In order to make full use of the vacant existing building, the original office building was planned to transform into a hospital building, and the seismic fortification category of the building would be improved after the transformation, so it was necessary to inspect and appraise the structure of the original building before transformation. Through investigating the present situation, in-situ inspection, durability assessment and seismic appraisal of the structure of the existing building, the conclusions of the inspection and appraisal were drawn, and the reinforcement suggestions were put forward,which provided the basis for the further reinforcement and reconstruction design,and offering reference for the inspection and appraisal of similar existing building structures.
