摘　　要：该文对老旧住宅增设电梯工程结构安全论证中应考虑的相关问题进行了研究。首先总结了老旧住宅增设电梯的几种常见形式,然后对老旧住宅增设电梯结构安全论证过程中需考虑的因素进行研究,为老旧住宅增设电梯结构安全论证提供一定的参考。In this paper, the related problems in the structural safety appraisal of adding elevators to old residential building are studied. Firstly, several common forms of adding elevators to old houses are summarized, and then the noteworthy factors in the safety appraisal of adding elevators to old houses are studied, providing some references for the safety appraisal of adding elevators to old houses.
