摘  要:为研究绿豆蛋白粉在仔猪料饲料中50%替代鱼粉和100%替代鱼粉,探讨不同绿豆蛋粉替代组对仔猪生产性能、蛋白质表观消化率和腹泻指数的影响,试验选用48日龄、平均体重相近的仔猪120头,随机分配到3个处理组,每个处理4个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组为含3.5%鱼粉基础饲粮组,处理组Ⅰ为50%绿豆蛋白粉替代鱼粉组,处理组Ⅱ为绿豆蛋白粉100%替代鱼粉组,试验期20 d。结果表明,处理组Ⅰ与对照组相比仔猪平均日增重、平均日采食量、料肉比、粗蛋白质表观消化率均差异不显著(P>0.05);处理Ⅱ组与对照组和处理组Ⅰ相比仔猪生产性能和粗蛋白质表观消化率均差异显著(P<0.05)。因此,处理组Ⅰ在降低成本的同时可保证仔猪生产性能为可行方案。The mung bean protein powder was used to replace 50%fish meal and 100%fish meal in piglet feed.The objectives of this experiment were to evaluate the effects of production performance,protein apparent digestibility and diarrhea index of piglet.A total of 120 healthy piglets with 48-days-old were assigned to three groups randomly,4 replicates per treatment,and 10 pigs per replicate.The control group was the base diet group containing 3.5%fish meal.The treatment groupⅠwas 50%mung bean protein powder instead of the fish meal group,and the treatment groupⅡwas the mung bean protein powder 100%replacement fish meal group,the piglets were experimented for 20 d.The results showed that there were no differences between the control group and the treatment group I for growth performance and protein apparent digestibility(P>0.05).The performance of the piglets and the apparent digestibility of protein of the treatment groupⅡwere significantly different the control group and the treatment groupⅠ(P<0.05).Therefore,the treatment groupⅠcan ensure the performance of the piglet while reducing the cost.
