鸡新城疫、禽流感(H9亚型)、禽腺病毒(Ⅰ群,4型)三联灭活疫苗(La Sota株+TJ株+HY株)抗体效价与鸡攻毒保护相关性试验

摘　　要：实验室制备的三联灭活疫苗分别以不同免疫剂量免疫接种21日龄SPF鸡,免疫后21日,分别采血测定血清抗体效价,并根据抗体效价重新分组,进行攻毒保护试验。试验结果表明,三联灭活疫苗各组分抗体效价与攻毒保护均呈正相关,疫苗各组分抗体效价可代替动物效检试验。根据试验结果及我国兽药标准,将三联灭活疫苗血清标准确定为:新城疫病毒HI抗体效价的几何平均值应≥1:16;禽流感(H9亚型)病毒HI抗体效价的几何平均值应≥1:128;Ⅰ群4型禽腺病毒抗体效价应≥1:1。V3 batch of inactivated vaccines produced in laboratory were injected to 21 day-old SPF chickens.The blood were colleted and separated serum afer 21days of immunization.The chickens were regroued according to the antibody titer and attacked by strong poison.The results showed that the correlation between different titer of antibodies and virus attack protection was positive.According to the results of this experiment and the veterinary drug standards in China,the serum standard of the inactivated vaccine was determined as:the geometric meanantibody titer of the new Newcastle disease virus should be no less than 1:16;the geometric mean of HI antibody titer of avian influenza(H9 subtype)should be no less than 1:128;the agar diffusion antibody titer of Fowl Adenovirus(groupⅠ,type4)should be no less than 1:1.
