摘 要:目前,国内测量破片群飞散特性还存在数据测量不准确、数据处理方法较落后、测量数据较少等缺陷,用单片机代替传统破片测量系统中的数据采集器,使测量结果更准确、更全面,并提高数据处理效率。数据采集器采集到的信号是随时间变化的电信号,爆轰产物干扰作用和处理数据时的人为因素等会使测量结果产生误差,而单片机采集到的是数字信号,可消除一定幅度的电压波动,测量结果更准确;且可编程处理,效率更高,并可通过多机通信的方式扩展足够多的通道数目,采集到更全面的数据。At present,measurement of fragment scattering characteristics are relatively inaccurate,measurement data processing method is relatively backward,and the data is less. Using microcontroller instead traditional fragment data acquisition in the measurement system,the measurement result could be more accurate and more comprehensive,and improve the efficiency of data processing. The data acquisition signal is a voltage signal to change over time,detonation product and interference of human factors to process data will give the result of measurement error,while the microcontroller collection is digital signal,which can eliminate the voltage fluctuation to a certain extent,and collect more accurate measurement results, which can be programmed to process efficiently. Moreover,single chip microcomputer can expand enough number of channels through multi machine communication to collect more comprehensive data.
