摘 要:目的探索使用气管导管内壁清理法是否能降低小儿气管导管阻塞的发生。方法采用前瞻性、随机对照、单盲设计将2016年1月至2017年1月该院重症医学科收治的机械通气48h以上324例患儿采取随机数字表法分为对照组、观察1组(气管导管内壁清理术每天1次)和观察2组(气管导管内壁清理术每天2次),每组108例。统计各组患儿气管导管阻塞发生率。结果对照组患儿中发生气管导管阻塞9例(8.33%),观察组患儿中均无气管导管阻塞发生,3组患儿气管导管阻塞发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气管导管内壁清理术可有效降低气管导管阻塞发生率。Objective To explore whether the use of endotracheal tube cleaning method can reduce the occurrence of tracheal tube obstruction in children. Methods The prospective,randomized and single blind design was adopted,324 children patients with mechanical ventilation for more than 48 h in the department of critical care medicine of this hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the control group,experimental group 1(endotracheal catheter internal wall cleaning once daily) and experimental group 2(endotracheal catheter internal wall cleaning twice daily) by adopting the random number table method,108 cases in each group.The occurrence rates of tracheal catheter block in various groups were statistically analyzed. Results In control group,the tracheal catheter block occurred in 9 cases(8.33%),but no case of tracheal catheter block occurred in the experimental groups.The occurrence rate of tracheal catheter block had statistically significant difference among 3 groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion Endotracheal catheter internal wall cleaning can effectively reduce the incidence rate of tracheal catheter blockage.
