基于医护人员满意度的三级综合医院后勤服务思考

摘　　要：目的通过三级综合医院医护人员对医院后勤服务的满意情况分析医院后勤服务存在的问题并提出建议,为提高医院后勤保障服务水平提供参考依据。方法运用自行设计的后勤服务满意度调查问卷,随机抽取三级综合医院573名医护人员进行问卷调查。结果医护人员对后勤服务的满意度的平均总分为(3.41±1.14)分,且对卫生保洁与环境绿化满意度最低,平均得分为(2.65±1.20)分,其次为门岗管理[(2.83±1.23)分]、设备及物资采购[(2.95±1.18)分]。结论三级综合医院医护人员对医院后勤服务的满意度不高,三级综合医院后勤管理尚有待于从辅助技术智能化、流程精简化、外包服务监管强化等多方面进行改进与完善。Objective To analyze the existing problems of the hospital logistics service to offer the suggestions through analyzing the satisfactory situation of the medical staffs in the tertiary general hospitals on the hospital logistics service to provide reference for improving the level of logistics support service. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among 573 medical staffs randomly extracted from the tertiary general hospitals by using the self-designed logistics service satisfactory questionnaire. Results The average total score of medical staff satisfaction to hospital logistics service was (3.41±1.14) points,moreover the satisfaction to clean keeping and environment greening was the lowest,the average score was (2.65±1.20) points,followed by the sentry management (2.83±1.23) points,and equipment and material procurement (2.95±1.18) points. Conclusion The satisfaction of medical staffs in the tertiary general hospitals to logistics service is not high,and the tertiary general hospital logistics management needs to be improved and perfected from the aspects of auxiliary technology intelligence,process simplification,and supervision strengthening of outsourced services and so on.
