摘　　要：城市非建设用地生态保护规划在我国快速城镇化过程中对于体现生态文明理念、实现高质量城镇化具有重要意义。本文在分析非建设用地内涵、生态网络概念和结构特点的基础上,论述了城市非建设用地与城市生态网络之间的关系,并进一步从生态用地保护、非建设用地边界划定、非建设用地保护与建设用地开发调适等方面,分析了生态网络及相关方法在城市非建设用地生态保护规划中可能发挥的作用。在此基础上,提出基于生态网络概念的城市非建设用地生态保护规划方法框架。The ecological protection planning of urban non-construction land is of great significance to embody the concept of ecological civilization and realize high-quality urbanization in the process of rapid urbanization in China.Based on the analysis on the connotation of non-construction land,as well as the concept and structural characteristics of ecological network,this paper discusses the relationship between urban non-construction land and urban ecological network.Furthermore,the paper analyzes the possible roles of the ecological network and related methods in the ecological protection planning of urban non-construction land from the perspectives of ecological land protection,nonconstruction land boundary delimitation,nonconstruction land protection,and development or adjustment of construction land.On this basis,the paper puts forward the method framework for the ecological protection planning of urban non-construction land based on the concept of ecological network.
