摘　　要：生态清洁小流域治理是综合水资源保护、面源污染防治、农村污染治理等多种治理手段及技术,最终实现小流域内自然与社会和谐发展的一种新型综合治理模式。BSPT技术为中国电建集团西北勘测设计研究院有限公司在流域治理的探索中总结出来的一套系统治理技术体系,该研究以巢湖派河支流斑鸠堰河小流域为例,将BSPT这一治理技术理念用于该小流域治理中,最终实现斑鸠堰河生态清洁小流域建设的目标,应用实践对生态清洁小流域治理有一定的借鉴与指导作用。Ecological clean small watershed treatment is a new comprehensive treatment model that integrates multiple treatment methods and technologies,such as water resources protection,non-point source pollution prevention and control,rural pollution treatment,and finally realizes the harmonious development of nature and society in small watershed.BSPT technology is a set of systematic governance technology concept summarized by China Power Construction Group Northwest Engineering Corporation Limited in the exploration of watershed governance.This paper takes the small watershed of Banjiuyan river,a tributary of Chaohu Paihe river,as an example,BSPT is applied to the small watershed management to realize the goal of ecological and clean small watershed construction.Therefore, this study is another practical exploration of BSPT technology in ecological clean small watershed management, which can provide certain reference and guidance for ecological clean small watershed management.
