摘 要:为探讨金鱼(Carassius auratus auratus Linnaeus)、中华大蟾蜍(Bufo gargarizans)、鸡(Gallus domesticus)、家鸽(Aplopelia bonaparte)和家兔(Oryctolagus cuniculus)心脏的组织结构与其生境的适应关系,制作了5种动物心脏石蜡组织切片,并采集图像进行了分析。结果表明:5种动物心脏所占体重百分比以家鸽最高,金鱼最小。金鱼心肌纤维细长,且分支少,家兔心肌纤维分支多。5种动物心脏结构的差异,与其从水生到两栖再到陆生的生境迁移变化相适应。Paraffin tissue sections of hearts of five small animals were prepared to investigate the relationship between the structure of hearts of Carassius auratus auratus Linnaeus,Bufo gargarizans,Gallus domesticus,Aplopelia bonaparte and Oryctolagus cuniculus and their habitats.The results showed that Pigeons had the highest percentage of heart weight and goldfish had the smallest percentage.The myocardial fibers of goldfish are slender and less branched,and the myocardial fibers of rabbits are more branched.The differences of heart structure of five species of animals are adapted to the changes of their habitat migration from aquatic to amphibian to terrestrial.
