摘 要:在实验中,一般都会使用采用纳氏试剂法对水中的氨氮含量进行测试,通过这种方式,一般对于使用的计量要求较低,而且消耗的试剂较少,反应的时间较快,而且也比较容易进行操作。但是在进行实际操作的过程中,对实验本身的条件有着较为严格的要求,需要对其中的细节加以注意,这会在很大程度上影响试剂对氨氮数值的测定结果,对于实验测量的精确度有着较大的影响。本文主要结合测定水中氨氮的方法,对其中所存在的问题进行了一定的分析,并对其中比较常见的问题进行了相应的探讨。In the experiment, Nessler’s reagent method is usually used to test the content of ammonia nitrogen in water. In this way, the measurement requirements are generally low, and the consumption of reagents is less, the reaction time is faster, and the price is easy to operate. But in the process of practical operation, the conditions of the experiment itself have more stringent requirements, which need to pay attention to the details, which will greatly affect the reagent on the determination of ammonia nitrogen value results, for the accuracy of the experimental measurement has a greater impact. In this paper, combined with the method of determination of ammonia nitrogen in water, the existing problems were analyzed, and some common problems were discussed.
