摘　　要：目的建立HPLC-MS/MS法同时测定枫蓼肠胃康合剂、胶囊(辣蓼、牛耳枫)中没食子酸、原儿茶酸、芦丁、金丝桃苷、山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷、槲皮苷、槲皮素、芹菜素、山柰酚、异鼠李素的含有量。方法 2种药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Luna C_8色谱柱(2 mm×100 mm,3μm);流动相乙腈-水(含0.1%乙酸),梯度洗脱;体积流量0.3 mL/min;柱温35℃。结果 10种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 0),平均加样回收率95.4%～104.0%,RSD 3.5%～8.9%。结论该方法准确、灵敏、高效,可用于枫蓼肠胃康合剂、胶囊的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous content determination of gallic acid,protocatechuic acid,rutin,hyperoside,kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside,quercitrin,quercetin,kaempferol,apigenin and isorhamnetin in Fengliao Changweikang Mixture and Capsules(Polygonum hydropiper L.and Daphniphyllum calycinum Benth.).METHODS The analyses of methanol extracts of these two drugs were performed on a 35℃thermostatic Luna C8column(2 mm×100 mm,3μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-water(containing 0.1%acetic acid)flowing at 0.3 mL/min in a gradient elution manner.RESULTS Ten constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.999 0),whose average recoveries were 95.4%-104.0%with the RSDs of 3.5%-8.9%.CONCLUSION This accurate,sensitive and efficient method can be used for the quality control of Fengliao Changweikang Mixture and Capsules.
