摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定宝儿康散(太子参、白术、茯苓等)中太子参环肽B、白术内酯Ⅲ、白术内酯Ⅰ、去氢土莫酸、土莫酸、去氢茯苓酸、茯苓酸、β-细辛醚、α-细辛醚的含有量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.05%磷酸,梯度洗脱;检测波长203、210、220、257 nm;体积流量0.9 mL/min;柱温35℃。结果 9种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 1),平均加样回收率96.94%～100.05%,RSD 0.59%～1.34%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于宝儿康散的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of heterophyllin B,atracylenolideⅢ,atracylenolideⅠ,dehydrotumulosic acid,tumulosic acid,dehydropachymic acid,pachymic acid,β-asarone andα-asarone in Bao’erkang Powder(Pseudostellariae Radix,Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma,Poria,etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35℃thermostatic Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid flowing at 0.9 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 203,210,220,257 nm.RESULTS Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.999 1),whose average recoveries were 96.94%-100.05%with the RSDs of 0.59%-1.34%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Bao’erkang Powder.
