摘　　要：目的考察柏氏痔术后方对混合痔患者术后并发症的临床疗效。方法 66例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33例,对照组给予麻仁软胶囊、痔宁片、迈之灵片,观察组给予柏氏痔术后方,2周为1个疗程。然后,检测术后创面疼痛、便秘、创面出血、创面水肿、肛门坠胀、尿潴留、创面愈合时间及临床疗效变化。结果与对照组比较,观察组术后创面出血、水肿、尿潴留显著改善(P<0.05),而2组其他指标无显著差异(P>0.05),未发现不良反应。结论柏氏痔术后方可有效治疗混合痔患者术后并发症,安全性较高,医疗成本较低。AIM To investigate the clinical effects of BAI’s Post-hemorrhoidectomy Decoction on postoperative complications in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.METHODS Sixty-six patients were randomly divided into control group(33 cases) for 2-week administration of Maren Soft Capsules, Zhining Tablets and Aescuven forte Tablets, and observation group(33 cases) for 2-week administration of BAI’s Post-hemorrhoidectomy Decoction. Subsequently, the changes in postoperative wound pain, constipation, wound bleeding, wound edema, anus prolapse distention, urinary retention, wound healing time and clinical efficacy were detected.RESULTS Compared with the control group, the observation group demonstrated significantly improved postoperative wound bleeding, edema and urinary retention(P<0.05), while the other indices in the two groups exhibited no significant differences(P>0.05), and no adverse reactions were found.CONCLUSION For the patients with mixed hemorrhoids, BAI’s Post-hemorrhoidectomy Decoction can effectively treat postoperative complications, with high safety and low medical cost.
