新型矮浅高密型弹性盖板针布的设计原理和应用实践

摘　　要：介绍新型矮浅高密型弹性盖板针布采用针高矮、上膝浅、密度大且横向密度小于0. 317 5mm,植针进口出口渐密分区,根据纤维不同设计不同角度的设计理念。提高锡林盖板间纤维交换次数、合理设置纤维梳理通道、减少针面负荷、提高抗轧能力、加强盖板针齿间的拦截功能。实践中运用于梳理不同纤维,解决了针布嵌杂、梳理效果差、落棉多,细小杂质难清除等问题,提高了梳理效果。The design concept of new-type elastic flat clothing with low, shallow and high-density.The horizontal clothing density is less than 0.317 5 mm.The needling at the inlet and outlet was gradually dense and the angle was designed according to the property of fibers. The flat clothing could increase the exchange times between cylinder covers, reasonably set fiber carding channels, reduce the load of needle flour, improve the rolling resistance and strengthen the interception function between needle teeth of the covers.The results of practical application of the clothing on different fibers show that it is helpful to solve the problems such as card clothing inlaying, poor carding effect, much lint, difficult removal of fine impurities, etc.
