摘　　要：在城乡一体化和乡村振兴战略的共同推动下,返乡农民工成为振兴乡村的重要主体。其中,再就业问题是返乡农民工所面临的重要问题。基于社会支持网络理论,以安徽省宿州市作为被调查地开展实证研究。调查发现,返乡农民工再就业社会支持方面存在诸多不足。主要表现在:政府在返乡农民工再就业方面的保障政策不到位、形式化;市场在维护返乡农民工权益方面不规范;企业存在歧视返乡农民工的问题;返乡农民工自身受教育水平低且学习能力不足。为此,从社会支持网络的主体出发,建议政府、市场、企业和返乡农民工个人都要明确自身不足,搭建好强大的返乡农民工再就业社会支持网络。Under the joint promotion of urban-rural integration and rural revitalization strategies, returned mi-grant workers has become an important part of revitalizing the countryside. Among them, the issue of reemployment is an important issue facing migrant workers returning home. Based on the theory of social support network, this paper conducts empirical research on Suzhou City, Anhui Province. The survey found that there are many shortcomings in the social support for reemployment of returning migrant workers. The government's safeguard policies for reemployment of returning migrant workers are not in place and formalized. The market is not stan-dardized in safeguarding the rights and interests of returning migrant workers. Enterprises have problems of discriminating returning migrant workers;Low level of education and lack of learning ability. To this end, the article starts from the main body of the social support network, and suggests that the government, the market, the enterprise, and the migrant workers who return home must clarify their own deficiencies and build a strong social support network for reemployed migrant workers.
