摘  要:该文结合了目前较热门的多酸催化和生物质能源研究设计了一个综合型化学实验。本实验采用活化后的活性炭作为载体,利用浸渍法制备了一系列不同硅钨酸负载浓度的催化剂,用红外光谱对其进行表征,利用该催化剂催化大豆油与甲醇的酯交换反应制备生物柴油,并利用单变量法考查了反应温度、杂多酸浓度、催化剂投放量、反应时间和醇油比等因素对生物柴油产率的影响。本实验可以作为综合型实验和开放性实验对高年级本科生,特别是农林院校的化学化工专业的本科生开设。This paper designed a comprehensive chemical experiment based on the catalysis of POMs and biomass energy. In this experiment, activated carbon was used as a carrier, and a series of catalysts with different concentration of H4 SiW12O40 were prepared by impregnation method. They are characterized by infrared spectroscopy, and the catalyst was used to catalyze the transesterification of soybean oil with methanol to prepare biodiesel. The influence of reaction temperature, heteropoly acid concentration, catalyst dosage, reaction time and alcohol to oil ratio on biodiesel yield were investigated by univariate method. This experiment can be used as a comprehensive experiment and am open experiment for senior undergraduates, especially for undergraduates majoring in chemical engineering in agricultural and forestry universities.
