摘  要:以邻硝基苯胺为原料,与重氮盐反应制得中间体邻硝基苯基重氮盐;进一步与N,N-二甲基苯胺偶合制备2-硝基-4′-二甲氨基偶氮苯(L1).考察了pH、化学计量比和温度等条件对合成的影响,用红外光谱表征其结构,并通过紫外光谱对化合物的酸碱变色性及光谱性质进行了研究.实验结果表明:L1具有较大的摩尔吸光系数ε=2.42×10~4 L/(mol·cm),良好的酸碱变色性.The intermediate o-nitrophenyl diazo salt is synthesized from o-nitroaniline and diazo salt.The L1, 2-nitro-4’-dimethylaminoazobenzene is further prepared by coupling diazo salt with N,N- dimethylaniline .The effects of reaction conditions such as pH value,stoichiometric ratio and temperature on the synthesis are investigated .The structure of the L1 is characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The acid-base discoloration and spectrum properties of L1 are studied by ultraviolet spectroscopy.The experimental results show that the chemical L1 has high molar absorptivity ε=2.42×10^ 4 L/(mol·cm) and good acid-base discoloration.
