邻香兰素乙醇溶液比色法检测Fe^(3+)

摘　　要：人体中铁元素含量过多会引起人体组织损坏、皮肤色素沉着、肝脾功能性障碍等病状.研究利用Fe^(3+)与邻香兰素乙醇溶液反应生成藏蓝色络合物的特性,实现对溶液中Fe^(3+)的快速检测.邻香兰素乙醇溶液对Fe^(3+)有较强的选择性.在Fe^(3+)浓度为0～200μmol/L的范围内,不同浓度的Fe^(3+)的紫外光的吸收大小与Fe^(3+)浓度呈良好的线性关系(R=0.992 99),邻香兰素乙醇溶液对Fe^(3+)的检测限约为1μmol/L.Excessive iron content in human body can cause human tissue damage,skin pigmentation,liver and spleen dysfunction and other symptoms.In this paper,the reaction of Fe3+ with o-vanillin ethanol solution to form the dark blue complex is studied.O-vanillin ethanol solution has strong selectivity to Fe3+.In the range of Fe3+ concentration 0~200 μmol/L,the ultraviolet light absorption of Fe3+ with different concentrations shows a good linear relationship with Fe3+ concentration(R=0.992 99),the detection limit of o-vanillin ethanol solution on Fe3+ is about 1 μmol/L.
