摘　　要：天津市中药产业拥有良好基础,是天津市战略性新兴产业的重要组成部分。个别中药大品种已走在国际化注册的前列,且海外专利布局成熟。但中药海外专利布局尚未引起大部分中药企业的重视,还存在发展不均衡的问题。通过专利公开数据检索,分析天津市中药海外专利布局现状,提出未来布局建议。The traditional Chinese medicine industry has a good foundation in Tianjin, and is an important part of Tianjin's strategic emerging industry. Some large varieties of traditional Chinese medicine have been in the forefront of international registration, and the layout of overseas patents is mature. However, due to the unbalanced development, most traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Tianjin have not paid much attention to the overseas patent layout of traditional Chinese medicine. Through the patent open data retrieval, this paper analyzes the overseas patent status of Tianjin traditional Chinese medicine and puts forward some suggestions.
