摘　　要：影响因子是评价科技期刊学术影响力的一项重要指标。评价科技期刊学术影响力的最终目的是为了筛选出优质期刊,展示优秀科技成果,优化科技信息的传播路径。科技期刊学术影响力与影响因子应该是为期刊评价服务的,不宜用于学术评价。学术评价可以模仿期刊评价的方式,在充分分析期刊评价指标的基础上,设计出"作者影响因子"等评价指标来衡量作者的学术影响力。The impact factor is an important evaluation index for evaluating the academic influence of sci-tech periodicals. The ultimate purpose of evaluating the academic influence of sci-tech periodicals is to select high-quality periodicals, demonstrate excellent scientific and technological achievements, and optimize the ability of science and technology information dissemination. The academic influence and impact factors of sci-tech periodicals should serve the evaluation of periodicals and cannot be used for academic evaluation. Academic evaluation can imitate the way of periodical evaluation. On the basis of fully analyzing the evaluation indexes of journals, the evaluation indicators such as “author impact factor” are designed to measure the author's academic influence.
