平乐推按手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症前后影像学的变化分析

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨平乐推按手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症前后影像学的变化情况。方法:从2016.1月～2018年1月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症病患当中根据盲选的方法从中选择80例进行研究,根据治疗的方法和平均分组的原则将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规的方法进行治疗,而观察组则采用平乐推按的手法进行治疗,对比两组治疗的效果,影像学的变化情况以及病患对治疗的满意程度。结果:通过对比发现,观察组病患的治疗效果要优于对照组病患的治疗效果;观察组在进行治疗之后其影像学的变化情况要优于对照组;观察组对治疗的满意程度要优于对照组对治疗的满意程度(P<0.05)。结论:使用平乐推按手法对腰椎间盘突出症进行治疗,能够有效提高治疗的效果,并且其治疗前后的影像学变化较为明显,病患的预后效果较好,值得在临床上进行推广。Objective: To study the changes of imaging before and after Pingle Tui Press Manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods: 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January2016 to January2018 were selected according to blind selection method for research,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method and the principle of average grouping.The control group was treated with conventional methods,while the observation group was treated with Pingle pushing manipulation.the therapeutic effects, imaging changes and patients' satisfaction with the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: Through comparison,it is found that the therapeutic effect of patients in the observation group is better than that of patients in the control group.The imaging changes of the observation group after treatment are better than those of the control group.The satisfaction degree of the observation group is better than that of the control group ( p < 0.05 ).Conclusion: Using Pingle Tui to treat lumbar disc herniation by manipulation can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,and its imaging changes before and after treatment are obvious,the prognosis of patients is better,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
