摘  要:基于Web GIS技术架构,以系统、快捷地预测当前台风的未来可能发展情况,为防台决策提供更为科学的依据为研究目的,开发设计了浙江省相似台风分析与多源信息集成系统。系统分别以台风路径、发生季节、缓冲半径、强度及预测路径等信息为基础,提出了特征相似、预测路径、实时缓冲区和综合匹配等4种相似台风匹配算法。通过相似台风匹配算法对实时台风或历史台风进行相似台风的匹配和相似度分析,并将相似台风路径、雨情、水情、灾情等多源信息进行集成化对比显示,从而预测当前台风的未来可能发展情况。本系统相对于同类系统具有更加丰富和完善的功能,具有较强的应用推广价值。In order to systematically and quickly predict typhoon development, and provide a more scientific basis for decision-making of typhoon prevention, we developed a similar typhoon analysis and multi-source information integration system for Zhejiang Province based on the Web GIS technology architecture. According to the information of typhoon path, occurrence season, buffer radius, intensity and prediction path, etc., the system proposed four similar typhoon matching algorithms, including feature, prediction path, real-time buffer area and comprehensive matching. Through similar typhoon matching algorithm, similar typhoon matching and similarity analysis were performed on real-time typhoon or historical typhoon, and multi-source information such as typhoon path, rain, water condition and disaster situation were integrated and compared to predict the possible future development of typhoon. The system has richer and more complete functions than similar systems, and has strong application promotion value.
